Edge Monkey is designed as a device which is the building environment control system of the future. This picture shows the different types of art, design, physical structure and the control strategies and building appliances. Architects and engineers designed the building both robot and habitat, by designing an ecology. Edge includes closing windows, checking thermorates, and adjusting binds; which more individuals waste more money because of using up too much energy.
A detail that is appealing to me is that the building Edge Monkey includes the relationship between robot architect and engineer. The building in the picture is a masterpiece to me because the system has robots regulating the building facade. Which is unique in a way because the building uses energy to communicate and cooperate, which most people waste energy by turning on the light rather than opening the blinds.
In this picture the building Edge Monkey spoke to me in a way where there is a possibility of an environment where individual and building elements can be seen in a bigger picture of now intelligent creativity objects. Therefore, modern technology shouldn’t be something that people should rely on, because billions of harmful things are in the air; therefore cutting back is a good thing. With architects and engineers creativity will help improve the environment.
When I first saw the Edge Monkey building I was impressed because I love the creativity and the mindset of the building. The building brings out a more environment friendly which I’m all for taking care of the environment. I admire tall buildings, to me tall buildings symbolizes ambition and transcendence. When I first saw this building on Pinterest, I was touched and inspired because the way I saw the building gave me a feeling of upcoming changes for the better in life, I vision myself reaching to the top of the building chasing my dreams, and breathing fresh air. Whenever I feel I’m having a difficult day, I would look at this building on my wall and instantly I feel motivated because it’s such a positive building. It makes me feel that I’m one step closer to reaching my goal in life,also the building is green which reminds me of nature and natural energy.
The theme that the work raises is that the build is designed for small robots to help assist with the building facades that act on both sides inside and outside faces to assist with airflow in heating and cooling, which will help individuals save money and help the environment.
